We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, due to the natural characteristics of materials such as wood and leather, variations in grain, texture, and colour are expected and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.

Customised or personalised items are made to order and are not returnable unless defective.

SECTION 19 – COOLING-OFF PERIOD

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you have the right to cancel any transaction concluded electronically within seven (7) days of receiving the goods, without reason and without penalty. This excludes customised or personalised items.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
